The “Castelletto Estate” is a large property located just 300 metres above Lake Garda, with two holiday villas and a private house, situated completely independent of one another. Those staying in the Villa Castelletto or the smaller Villetta Ca’ Stella can expect luxury – but of an unobtrusive kind. And, as your hosts know just what it is they’ve got here, they also live on the premises. But don’t worry – no one will disturb you if that is what you’d prefer. After all, coming here means thinking first and foremost of yourself. The only permanent presence is that of Lake Garda in the background. Alone yet together. Switching off yet experiencing adventure. Living the present into the future. There are places where relaxation is tangible – even before it is experienced. The Villa Castelletto is such a place: surrounded by olive trees, woodland and lake views, the notion of “leaving the everyday behind” is not just a hollow phrase – it is a logical conclusion. Olive trees, woodland and meadows lend a soft green tone, while the blue of Lake Garda sparkles in the background. Simply living in the moment is what works particularly well in the Villetta Ca’ Stella and its surroundings. In 2003, Norbert and Hildegard Hofer from the South Tyrol fulfilled a dream: they bought a piece of land, including an old rustico, a derelict property, on Lake Garda.
